Defending Class C2 Champion Bergan Gets the Nod in the Centennial Conference

    By Dean BackesOctober 6, 2025

After pouring through oodles of statistics, all-state, all-conference and all-area teams, last year's state tournament bracket and plenty of postseason rankings, we have made our Centennial Conference projections for 2025-26.

What do you get when you return your entire roster from a state championship run? Another deep postseason run. Archbishop Bergan will be loaded once again this winter. First Team All-Class C2 All-State honoree Gavin Baker leads the way again this winter.

Omaha Concordia will definitely challenge the Knights after going 23-5 a year ago. Class C1 All-State guard Andrew Kulus leads the way once again. Grand Island Central Catholic and Lincoln Lutheran also went over the 20-win mark a year ago and round out the conference's Top 4.

    Enough of my rambling. Enjoy!
